Is there a minimum order?
No. Prototype and sample quantities start from one piece on most lines. Pricing improves at volume, but there’s no threshold to get started.
How fast is the quote?
Most BOMs come back within 24 working hours. Lists over 300 lines may take up to 48 hours if several parts need broker sourcing.
Are the parts genuine?
We source from authorized distributors where possible and audited brokers otherwise. Every quote states the channel type, and we do incoming inspection on all lots.
Can you find obsolete parts?
Often yes. For EOL parts we check broker stock first, then propose form-fit-function alternatives with the spec differences spelled out.
What are the payment terms?
T/T and PayPal for first orders. Repeat buyers can apply for net terms after a few completed shipments.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to 30+ countries via DHL, FedEx, UPS, and air freight. Tracking is provided from dispatch, and export docs are handled on our side.
